Career politicians and unlimited corporate / PAC influence on our political system are not in the interests of North Alabama, or the nation.

Congress must radically and transparently reform to earn the right to be trusted by the American people again.
I pledge to push for and support the following:

A Constitutional Amendment (e.g. S.J. Res. 1) that limits the number of terms any member of congress may serve, and considers maximum age limits for holding certain public offices.

A Constitutional Amendment (e.g. HJR54) that reverses Citizens United, putting power back in the hands of the people.

Legislation to further limit (or restrict) former members of congress from becoming corporate lobbyists (e.g. For the People Act of 2019 & 2021).

Legislation to enhance scrutiny of (or eliminate) the trading of stocks by members of congress.
I will always serve my constituency above politics, or myself.
Restore and preserve the balance of power.

Fight for equality and opportunity for all. Protect the independence of the Judiciary, while advocating for mandatory and enforceable Supreme Court ethics reform.
